WEATHER UPDATE 3/14:
DNOW WILL BE ENDING EARLY DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER POSSIBILITY.
YOUR STUDENT CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE CHURCH OF JOY BY 6PM SATURDAY (3/15) OR EARLIER IF DESIRED.
WE WILL KEEP YOU UDATED IF THIS TIME IS MOVED UP AS THE STORM DEVELOPS.

FRIDAY NIGHT:
We will meet at Oak Hill Church Friday Night (3/14) at 6pm
Students will bring all their bags with them to Oak Hill on Friday night to load into the bus.
Students Need to Bring:
Appropriate clothing (check the weather) for overnight
Toiletries/essentials for one night
Bible, Pen & Notebook
Towel, air mattress with blankets or sleeping bag and pillow (beds at host homes are not guaranteed)
A few snacks your student definitely likes, in case they’re picky about what the host home provides.
SATURDAY:
After our morning session, we will have lunch provided by Oak Hill (last year was burgers, dogs and chips)
Due to Weather: We will have our 3rd Session at Oak Hill after lunch.
There will be an alfredo pasta dinner at JOY early Saturday evening. If your student doesn’t like this type of food, you can bring them something they would prefer by 4:00pm. We will do our last small group session at Joy and be ready for pick up by 6pm.
